By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 16 years old. The Company does not permit individuals under the age of 16 to use the Service.

- Weight, calories, steps, activity, heart rate, etc.
2.4. Automatically collected data:- Device identifiers (IDFA, IP, device model);
- In-app activity (screens viewed, clicks, usage time);
- Approximate location (country/region);
- Device language and operating system.
3. How We Use the Information- Create personalized workout plans and recommendations;
- Display user progress and statistics;
- Provide user support;
- Analyze behavior to improve the application;
- Manage subscriptions and free trials;
- Transmit data to Apple via Adapty Refund Saver for refund assessments.
4. Third-Party Services We Use- Firebase (Google) – analytics and notifications;
- Facebook SDK – marketing and analytics;
- Amplitude – behavioral analytics;
- Adapty – subscription management, Refund Saver;
- Asapty – visualization and A/B testing;
- Apple HealthKit – if enabled by the user.
These services may collect technical and anonymized data from your device.
5. Data Security- Data may be stored locally or on secured third-party servers;
- All transmitted data is encrypted;
- We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
6. Age Restrictions The app is intended for users aged 16 and older. Use by individuals under 16 is allowed only with the consent of a legal guardian.
7. International Data Protection Standards GDPR If you are located in the European Union, we process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing bases may include your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests.

10. Subscriptions and Payments10.1 Subscription Term Some features of the Service are only available through a paid subscription. Payment will be charged in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the plan you choose.
At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless canceled by you or the Company. We may use third-party services to process payments.
10.2 Canceling a Subscription You can cancel the renewal of your subscription through your account settings or by contacting the Company. Payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.
If your subscription was made via an in-app purchase, cancellation must be done through your app store settings.
10.3 Billing You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, region, zip code, phone number, and valid payment details.
If automatic billing fails, the Company will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline.
If your subscription was made via in-app purchase, billing is handled by the app store and governed by its own terms.
We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is handled directly by third-party processors in accordance with their own privacy policies. These processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ensuring secure handling of your payment data.
10.4 Subscription Fee Changes The Company reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any new pricing will take effect after the current subscription period ends.
You will be notified in advance of any changes and may cancel your subscription before the new terms apply.
Continued use of the Service after pricing changes implies your agreement to the new terms.
10.5 Refunds Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Some refund requests may be reviewed individually and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Billing information may be required to activate the trial.
If you provide payment details, you will not be charged until the trial ends. On the last day of the trial, if not canceled, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.
The Company may modify or cancel the trial offer at any time without notice.
10.7 In-App Purchases The app may include in-app purchases for products, services, or subscriptions.
Management of in-app purchases may be handled through your app store or device settings.
In-app purchases are non-cancelable after download, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
If a purchase fails to download or is faulty, we will investigate and may:
- Provide a replacement;
- Release a fix to address the issue.
If the problem cannot be resolved promptly and without significant inconvenience, we may request a refund from the app store.
You acknowledge that all billing and payments for in-app purchases are managed by the app store and subject to its policies.

After the trial, the subscription activates automatically and charges your account. You may cancel the trial at any time via your App Store subscription settings.
